The Re-test Loop: $49, one time, no subscription
The free tools on BT Exam Practice give you the first turn of the loop: a diagnostic, domain quizzes, confusable pairs, and a full mock, every question explained. The Re-test Loop is the paid plan that runs the whole loop for you around your exam date. It costs $49 once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If you complete the plan and still do not pass the RBT® exam, you can get your money back under the terms below.
Start with the free 20-question check. The plan is offered after your results, where it is built from your two weakest domains.

How much work the plan is
Your plan is built from your exam date, not from the whole bank. It is about one set of up to 10 questions a day, with the last days kept light, plus the two reserved mocks.
| Days to your exam | Drill sets | Reserved mocks |
|---|---|---|
| 12 | about 8 | 2 |
| 21 | about 17 | 2 |
| 30 | about 26 | 2 |
Each mock has 85 questions. P1 and P2 are part of your plan; P3 is an extra you can take any time. You can take a mock on the strict timer or a pausable one, and either counts toward your plan.
Refund terms (the four steps)
You can see these terms in full before you pay. They are also on the refund policy page.
| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | You take the exam within 90 days of purchase and do not pass. Your exam must be at least 7 days after purchase: you can buy closer to the exam, but that plan is not covered, and checkout asks you to confirm this. |
| Completion condition | Before the exam, you complete all drills in the plan you bought and both reserved mocks, P1 and P2. The checklist is frozen at purchase; your account page shows your progress against it. |
| Request window | Upload within 30 days after your exam date. |
| Proof | Your Pearson VUE score report showing the exam date and the not-passed result. You may cover anything else. |
| Processing | After manual confirmation, a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. We absorb the payment processing fee. One refund per person. |
In short: complete the plan → take the exam within 90 days and do not pass → upload the score report → we confirm and refund.
What the plan does not do
- It does not show a passing cutoff or tell you that you are ready. The BACB sets the passing score for each form with a modified Angoff procedure, and our practice scores do not correspond to that standard.
- It does not replace the 40-hour training or the competency assessment. It is practice for the written exam.
- It does not use real exam questions. Every item is original, mapped to the 2026 Test Content Outline, and reviewed blind by three independent models before it is published.

Questions people ask
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay $49 once. Your access lasts 90 days from purchase, which covers a normal preparation window plus a retake if you need one. Nothing renews.
What do I get for free, and what is paid?
Free, without an account: the 20-question quick check, one 85-question mock, a 20-question quiz and 15 confusable-pairs items for each of the six domains, and every explanation. Paid: drills by domain, re-tests of missed items with new scenarios at +3 and +7 days, a day-by-day plan with email reminders, three reserved full mocks you have not seen (P1 and P2 are part of the plan and the refund terms; P3 is an extra), progress by task, and the refund terms.
Who is the refund for?
Anyone who completes the plan they bought (all drills in their plan plus both reserved mocks) before their exam, takes the exam within 90 days of purchase, does not pass, and uploads their Pearson VUE score report within 30 days of the exam date. One refund per person. Full terms are on this page and the refund policy page.
Does the plan tell me whether I am ready?
No. We show your counts by domain and by task, and your progress through the plan. The BACB sets the passing score per exam form, and our practice scores do not correspond to that standard. We do not show a passing cutoff or a 'ready' label.
Can my clinic buy seats?
Not yet. We are collecting interest from clinics and training providers. Tell us what you need on the clinics page and we will contact you when seats are available.
